Very good video Alex, I have one question. I’m looking to do a fixed price where the outsourcer will work on 2 hours per client. I need help in setting up automation for outsourcer and also do i pay upfront to the outsourcer or i pay after they have completed? because i’m looking to pay on a monthly basis. I’m new to smma and i can do some fb ads leads but i would like to scale.
Первые 5 секунд смотрю и удивляюсь, прям как русский, крутитится на стуле, как идиот, как я)) И у них такие есть, люди неформатные. Потом смотрю на имя и все встает на свои места) Они же там удавятся так крутиться, это не вежливо, социально неприемлимо и сбивает матричную программу. А наши и на этом ебучем стуле и по дороге в мороз проедутся, доказательств на ютубе достаточно))

Great video Alex, thank you. Question, I am on upwork right now, and I'm noticing more of freelancers who are strong in one thing and say that they also do a bunch of other Social Media Marketing related work but their portfolio shows otherwise. Have you hired someone that can do more than one task?
