Listening is super important. Keeping up with what's out there that relates back to you or your business gives you the chance to provide value. It's like the recent Domino's/Digiorno thing. Digiorno could've seen the woman's pizza app fail and let it be, instead they offered free pizza, cheese and all, and it's totally memorable.
